today we are going to tell you about some good and never knew facts about mouth watering Kachori.

well when you try to find the facts about the Kachori you will not find so much about this.

well we all know how Marwari's are good about their bussiness skills and their management skills. this story ladies and gentlemen going to be all about the choices of marwari's and their choice of food.

it is told that Kachori was first introduced in ancient Rajasathan in the Marwar region well that time rajasthan was called Rajputana.

nowadays kachori is famous in every region of India. there has been so many varieties  of kachori

Rajasthan used to be the best place for street foods in terms of Kachori's now you can find tasty kachori anywhere you want.

Jodhpur is one of the Hotspot of kachori's, you can find so many kind of kachori in jodhpur but the Mogar kachori and Pyaj kachori, Heeng Kachori, Raj Kachori.


Kachori is made up of coriander, fennel seeds, onion, messed flour, gram flour, moong daal, and  deep fried in oil. this is spicy in terms of taste. 

when i was visiting a pizza shop in Jodhpur i asked him " how's going your bussiness.?

he replied " sir people of Jodhpur loves kachori than any other food.

Kachori could be just food for some people but it is an emotion for Marwadi people. we marwadi loves to have kachori at any time of the day.


types of kachori- 


1. MOGAR KACHORI


when you really want start from the origin of kachori than you must go for mogar kachori.

it is basically from jodhpur and if you want to taste the best you must visit to Jodhpur for this

first of all they will soak the moong daal than it will be filled in kachori along with amchoor powder and several other spices.  in jodhpur we eat it with chutney and kadhi.

this cost very less and to be very precise it cost around 15/- Indian rupees.


2. PYAAZ KACHORI-  

Pyaz kachori is  bigger in size and excess of chopped onion are the real attraction of this kachori.

it is mostly eaten in jaisalmer, Barmer, Jodhpur. it cost more than mogar kachori and it is local's favorite. ingredients used in this kachori are chopped onion, gram flour, fennel, dhania.


3. RAJ KACHORI

this is kind of different from other kachori. this kachori connects the kachori and chaat. it is puffed and filled up with so many ingredients along with curd. 

this is not spicy in taste and sweet. it was first made and eaten in bikaner district of rajasthan.


4. MEETHI KACHORI


when we talk about kachori our brain cells thinks of smething spicy and sour.  but let me break your stereotype. let me give you the best hot and sweet kachori. which tastes sweeter than sweets.

it also called MAWA KACHORI. and the varq of silver can be noticed on the top. it is filled with mawa, semolina, cardamom, cashew, and nuts.
